Blonde Star is also the first beer we brewed back in 2012 and to this day still accounts for over 50% of our production. What makes Blonde Star unique is the live culture of yeast we have used since the very first brew. We harvest the yeast and re pitch to the next brew, which has led to the yeast developing its very own character which shines through into the finished beer!
